Even though my goal is to include everyone who wants to participate, having an application step before accepting a submission from you serves a few purposes:
- Keep track of reliable ways to contact people who are serious about participating
- Avoid opening up the zineās Drive account to randos who might upload naughty files
- Check and make sure each submission will fit theĀ āfive years laterā theme
- If it looks like a creatorās content wonāt fit the theme closely enough, having an application lets me catch it right away so they donāt do a bunch of work first
- Lets me figure out the zineās cost by figuring out what content we will have and (approximately) how much
- Justā¦traffic control
So if you have an idea – even a vague one – click on over and

You can apply and then, when I give you the green light, submit any time between now and September, but I would strongly suggest at least applying as soon as you have an idea for your submission, instead of waiting until the last minute for both. Depending on how many submissions we get, my ability to reformat and add more pages to the zine could become very inflexible.

interested in the Prompt Challenge! Iām really excited to see everyoneās creations, and I wanted to let you know that there has
been a slight change in plans. Or rather in how this will all be set up.Archive of Our Own allows for
people to sign up with one prompt, and does it anonymously. However, it does
not limit the amount of people who can claim a prompt, thus creating a bit of a
challenge.ĀTherefore, if you would like to
participate, I ask that you make your way over here and sign up with a
prompt! Simply look for the Prompt Form tab (between Prompts and Unposted
Claims), and fill in your request. Everyone gets just one – the fandom will be Soul
Eater or Soul Eater Not, but beyond that feel free to make it as specific or as
open as youād like. Use the title as the prompt, and the description for any
additional details (or just a repeat of the prompt if you have none) – just
remember to keep it broad enough for people to work off of! MAKE SURE TO KEEP THE [SEMI]-ANONYMOUS CHECKMARK CHECKED AT THE BOTTOM!At this time, please DO NOT CLAIM
any prompts! We will instead use email to allow for claims, similar to resbang
