This claim begins at 12:00am midnight Sept 20th EST (GMT-4).  They will proceed exactly like the first round of claims except
this time we will give priority to those artists who either don’t yet
have a partner or the artists who have a partner but had to send in
another claim because their firsts were all taken.  We know who you are;
we’ve made a note of it.
