Got a Problem?, by Marsh of Sleep.
While I liked Soul Eater, I’ve never felt the need to fanfic for it. I’ve found the fandom to be full of really talented writers, and Marsh of Sleep is one of the best. While many of her stories are faves of mine for their excellent smut, I’m reccing this one that has none. It’s a really interesting story of a way that a person like Soul and a person like Maka could begin a relationship. She shows the deep compatibility between the characters and it’s fascinating to see the love begin to develop.
